Excellent exposure in Quality Assurance & Should have worked in In-process Quality for a minimum period of 3+ years in a process / Auto component industry
Experience with automotive manufacturing and assembly plant processes is a plus

  • Candidate s should be from automobile industries or from automobile suppliers
  • New vendor development and assessment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds and follows up to customer concerns with regard to quality
  • Plans and coordinates PPAP documentation and submissions
  • Assists with CPs, FCs, PFMEAs and other APQP launch activities
  • Participates and leads corrective action, problem solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Assists in the development of standardized work processes and process improvements
  • To establish a system to upgrade customer specific requirement as and when changes take place
  • To identify potential customer complaint and incorporate POKA YOKE to eliminate.
  • To establish a system to take counter measure on internal scrap
  • To do Manufacturing process audit for system adherence,
  • Regular review on shop floor and action plan preparation on Major issues.
  • Co-ordinate all supporting functions to improve process measures like "PQCDSM".
  • Assists in the implementation of ISO and TS initiatives
