Location :- Ranjangaon Pune.
Education :-DME/BE Mech.
Experience in Years :- 4-8 Years form Sheet Metal Industry.
Salary :- 3,00,000/- to 4,00,000/- LPA
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
1) Overall control of product and process audits, layout inspection and functional testing.
2) Monitoring and measurement of products at the inward, process and final stages
3) Monitor the full-proof process using problem-solving and error-proofing methods
4) Maintain product / PPAP(Production part approval process) files received from Engineering and Distribution Control
5) Approve process requirements / specifications. Manufacturing process studies and validations results

6) Monitor data related to product and process failures & Decide controls and disposal methodology
7) Review/change the process specification and validations requirements
8) Coordinate Plan and conduct PM. Maintain spares. Ensure dimensional acceptability through fixture.
9) Control expenses related to scrap / COPQ.(Cost of poor Quality )
10) Improve upon product quality. Motivate the staff for TPM, Kaizen & improvement activities
11) Responsible for implementation of 5S, KAIZEN, TPM & POKA YOKE.
12) Monitor CA / PA related to products, suppliers, audits.
13) Calibrate / Ensure adequacy and maintain records
