Job Description:
1) Planning of the QC /Action Plan and control of its progress
2) Planning of the work assignment & personnel changes within the Section
3) Establish, implement & maintain the system as defined in the Company Manual
4) Analyse potential failure modes in the process & implement preventive actions

5) Take action against KD Part abnormality & follow for countermeasure.
6) Monitoring of new development activity(MII parts) and establishing the inspection system for upcoming models.
7) Prepare department budget & Control of consumption of equipment & consumable item which are used for
inspection
8)To create a safe workplace to ensure Zero incident/accident
9 )Make a training plan for Engg. and evaluate the effectiveness
10)To make MIS report on monthly basis & present to management
