Position: - Assistant Manager - Production Lead 

Experience: - 5 to 12 Years 

Qualification: - Bachelors Degree

Location: - Hyderabad

Job Description:

  1. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of works experience and in-depth knowledge about various processes like machining, tooling, NC programming, and processes. The candidates should be self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and be able to work with little supervision. 
  2. Drive production throughput on a daily basis and involve in the planning of production/workload in accordance with business priorities.
  3. Foster continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

  1. Measure, analyze, and evaluate existing processes, collect data to identify root cause, perform analysis and identify improvement opportunities to overcome day-to-day machining issues.
  2. Facilitate daily production meetings, process improvement meetings, workshops, and events.
  3. strong supervisory, people management skills with the ability to identify, train, and develop team members to ensure proper execution of the defined processes
