Designation - Senior Executive/Engineer - PE Facility.

Location - Manesar

Qualification - BE in ECE from a Reputed Institute (Required)

Years of Exp. - Total Years of Experience 6+ Years

CTC - 6 to 7 LPA

Age Group - 25 to 35 Years

Industrial Background - Experience in Automobile electronic Product Tier -1 or OEM.

Technical Knowledge 

  • Understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Bar Code Traceability System and should able to design and establish product end to end traceability solution. 
  • Understanding of PCBA Manufacturing & Body Electronics Mfg. process.
  • Hands on working on ERP System & traceability system.
  • Understanding of Electronic Material storage standards and able to setup materials storage/movement system in line with global standards.
  • Hands on working on CAD and Layout preparation in line with defined process design.

Job Description 

  • Define & Establishing Product end to end traceability system at child part level.
  • Define and establishing Man & Material movement, material storage system of PCBA and body Electronics Products.
  • Command on ERP system and linkage with Bar code traceability system.
  • Hands on Cad Lay outing and to define & prepare line layout considering Man, Material flow.
  • Maintain facility details in ERP system.
