Qualification - B.TECH- MECH/ BE – MECH
Experience: Fresher or max 2 year’s experience in sales
Job Location: Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad

(Note: Initially 3 Months training in Pune region)

Job Responsibilities and Main Activities

• Execute action plan according to the targets
• Handling customer enquiries for technical & commercial
• Be a single point contact to customer for all pre-order activities.
• Prepare technical & commercial offers in consultation with sales team.
• Negotiate orders with customers.
• Conduct order hand- over meeting with the concerned departments.
• Follow with customer for timely dispatch clearance.
• Advance & balance payment follow up.
• Keep track of competitive activities on field.
• Develop & maintain customer database.
• Co-ordinate with Field Representatives on regular basis.
• Extensive Traveling Involved throughout Country.
• Effective execution of set plan, optimum resources utilization
• Customer visits for technical issues and concerns
• Demo, maintenance, inspection of component & training services
• Review with immediate superior Maintain data security and business confidentiality
• Follow disciplinary measures
• Ensure customer data protection
