Job Responsibility
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices.
- Managing the complete recruitment life1cycle right from the receipt of manpower requisition to preparation JD.
- Sourcing the candidates from External & Internal Sources, Interviewing, and Offer Process & On boarding of the new recruits.
- Preparing agreement with external agencies which are into recruitment and selection domain.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Preparation of Salary breakup and Appointment Letter.
- Joining formalities.
- Induction and Training
- Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
- Attendance Management
- Payroll Processing
- Industrial Relation
- Must be strong in Statutory Compliance: Like EPF, ESI, LWF, Factory license & returns, Bonus and Labour License etc.
- Must have knowledge of Union Handling
- Coordination and effective communication between employer and employee.
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors.
