Position - Sr. Engineer.
Experience :- 5 to 7 quality yrs
Salary Range : 25 k to 27.k Gross P/M
Require Qualification :- DME / BE Mechanical.
Need working experience in required Exp required for Manufacture Sheet Metal Press & Powder Coating, Air-conditioning & Refrigerator Home Appliances Industry.
Skills - Having good Communication & Presentation skill with positive attitude
Nature of Duties & Responsibility:
A.) To Maintaining documentation of ISO / IATF Certificate Company.
B.) Customer complaint handling & implementation.
C.) Process monitoring & control of Press Shop, Sheet Metal
D.) Implementation & follow-up of 5S & TPM activities.
E.) Customer complaint handling & Implementation , Feedback on customer Quality issues through mail .

F.) New Implementation; QMS Implementation, Changes in Drawing Implementation Customer feedback & Response to Customer for any quality issue.
G.) PPAP Doc. Making., In-house Line Monitoring, Calibration, & Documentation PPAP, ISO TS/16949 Knowledge ,
H.) Trial Time Part Analysis., Checking Fixtures knowledge .New Part Inspection.
