Open Position: Manager– Quality (Receipt Inspection )
Qualification & Experience: Diploma/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with 8 yrs to 15 yrs of experience in OEM Construction Equipment Companies only
CTC Range:- 12 LPA TO 16 LPA
Job Location: Faridabad
Skills required
- Receipt Inspection, Line problem solving, Final vehicle testing, Customer audit, Maintain Quality Data, Assy line process
- Handling online quality issues
- Review daily problem in line, testing & PDI and circulate the same to concerned dept.
- Ensuring process adherence in line by various Audits like Process audit & Product audit.
- Responsible for preparation of Quality standards & Audit sheets according to field failures & testing repeats.100 % involvements in implementation of ECA and ECN and ensure Cut In Number of implemented job
- Responsible for Machine testing & PDI as per company target daily basis.
- Area Coordinator of Suggestion scheme of Quality.
- Responsible for field failure analysis using Quality Tools.
- Ensure Zero accidents in all operations.
- Identify the critical workstation & make them mistake-proof (POKA YOKE concept).
- Improving productivity through process improvements
- Controlling quality, production, cost, improvement parameter of department
- Participating & contributing in different teams to achieve the target & further improvement
- Regulating processes & assembly practices, line improvements, Poka-Yokes, Kaizens, and 5S
- Inspecting final product thoroughly i.e. Gate Audit for aesthetic and functional problems of ready for dispatch machines.
- Measuring process and product at various stages of the production line
