I have an urgent requirement in An Automotive OEM Company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Open Position: Jr. Manager/Assistant Manager- Supplier Quality Improvement (Sheet Metal)
Qualification & Experience: Full-time Diploma with 2 yrs to 10 yrs of experience. ( All the qualifications must be pass throughout 60% including 10th & 12th )
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
CTC Range: 5 LPA to 7 LPA
Skills required
- Supplier Quality Improvement for Sheet Metal parts
- To monitor the receipt rejections and reduce it by supplier end actions
- To lead the shift from the part quality side by ensuring proper ICA on Quality issues reported on the vehicle assembly line
- To close the part quality issues with G8D and ensure the efficacy monitoring
- To do the analysis of part level defect in the vehicle, conclude the root cause and actions
- To do supplier process audit and conclude the action plan for NCRs with suppliers
- To work closely with low performing suppliers for system and process improvements to achieve desired quality levels
- To participate in internal and external IATF audits
- To review the supplier performance (PPM, Demerit, Line Stoppage) and plan for overall improvements
- To do part level analysis for field issues and conclude the actions with CFT
- Supplier base knowledge
- Inspection of sheet metal parts
- Knowledge of Sheet Metal parts manufacturing processes
