Job Description
- Should have an understanding of internal customer complaint
- Should have experience in implementation of Poka-Yoke & Kaizen to permanently resolve the customer complaint & deviation approval
- Will have to visit & meet regarding quality issue
- Will be doing regular training to the inspector to customer defect & inhouse defects, skill matrix update
- Should knowledge on Tool modification with customer requirement & report issues
- Check logbooks, POKA YOKE, all key stations
- Check SOP angle MOP, EOP & verify in-process checklist
- Should have experience in the analysis of NG part(WHY WHY analysis)
- Make daily MIS
- To update rejection data on a daily basis
- Dimensional checking of all parts of SOP to see whether the parts are dimensionally ok or not
- Parts check & inspection 100% visually, gauging through firewall & 100% gauging of SOP, MOP & EOP
- Meeting with all department members for any supply or rejection issue
- Prepare docs regarding defect monitoring sheet & monthly rejection data
- Communicate to operators regarding customer problems
