Job Location: Faridabad
Skills required
- Functional Expertise in ORACLE ERP
- Inventory (INV), Bill of materials (BOM), Work in process (WIP), Manufacturing scheduling/MRP, Quality (QA) & all reports relating to manufacturing.
- Responsible for planning the production as per orders received from the marketing dept.
- Responsible for preparation and establishment of planned and expected production capacity usage through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfill sales needs and to maintain the most economical capacity usage.
- Establishing, Maintaining, and Improving production plans and manufacturing schedules.
- Preparing of monthly production plan & day-wise production schedules.
- Ensuring inventory control i.e. reviewing the material on daily basis and avoiding over inventory & surprise shortages.
- Follow up of material with the material department.
- Maintaining design outputs (BOM’s & Drawings) and circulating the same to the concerned depts.
- Managing the issue of material for production according to BOM through ERP system
- Ensuring the timely implementation & updation of BOM account to ECN & ECA.
- Generating and maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly statistical data required.
