Designation: Manager Production
Qualification: BE/Mech with minimum 12 yrs
Diploma with minimum 15 yrs Exp
Salary: 8 lacs to 11 lacs pa
Job Description:
- setting up production targets and achieving the planned production targets.
- Preparing of material requirement sheet according to sales order and forecast of sales.
- Co-ordination with Other departments like tool room PPC. Quality etc. Making monthly and weekly production plan & monitoring of the production as per plan.
- Converting Weekly production plan to daily (shift wise) production plan with minimizing change overs.
- Monitoring Daily & Weekly Plan v/s Actual adherence and taking corrective and preventive actions to bridge gaps.
- Implementing various quality systems & tools viz QS 9000/TS 16949, Kaizen and Poka Yoke in the shop floor
- Controlling and reducing the rework and rejection in the process.
- Preparing various MIS and reports related to capacity confirmation to customer & Daily Production Report.
- Attending management review meeting and internal audits to ensure the compliance of systems.
- Focus on customer complaints through daily audit.
- Ensuring cost reduction by implementing new techniques on productivity improvement through Kaizen.
- Implementing Kanban, Single Piece Flow System, FIFO and 5S in the organization.
- Inventory Compiling on Plant Level & Working on SAP PP Module.
