Qualification & Experience : Diploma/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with 13 yrs to 20 yrs of experience in OEM Construction Company
CTC Range:- 16 LPA TO 18 LPA

Skills required
- Good knowledge in receipt quality improvement fundamentals
- Good Knowledge of parts processes and Inspection of Fabrication, Machining, Casting, Forging parts
- Monitoring and controlling all DWM activities of incoming quality from receiving of material to till report generation in ERP(Oracle) after inspection of BOP items including all related activities like rework, segregation, rejection, and CAPA
- Timely review, updating, circulation of RI procedures and activities like non-dol list, layout plan, monitoring sheets, SOP, visual display, etc.
- Preparing & maintaining all data of incoming quality like inspection, rework, segregation, rejection, MOM, CAPA, MRN TAT, MRN %, Dol-Non Dol %,
- Good exposure in ERP module functioning and improvement through digitalization (ERP)
- Preparation of Departmental daily & monthly MIS with all types of displays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase Team for line and Receipt closure actions.
- Problem-solving techniques like 7 QC tools, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 8D, etc.
- SAP/Oracle

3 Axis if your slicing requires simultaneous managed movement of the X,Y,Z axes, which most free-form surfaces require. A subset of the above is that the machine can interpolate any 2 axes together simultaneously, but not 3. This does make a limited number of 3D objects possible, by slicing within the XZ or YZ planes, for instance, but is rather more limited than full 3 axis interpolation. Text, especially Embossed, reduces utilization of} profile cutters and roughing tools which will increase the CNC time. Direct CNC Micro-machining requires speciality tools, and slicing physics change at this scale.
