Position: Manager –Marketing (Two Wheeler parts )
Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate /B.Tech/MBA with 7 yrs to 15 yrs of experience in Automobile industries
CTC Range:- 7 LPA TO 9 LPA
Job Location: Gurgaon
Skills required
- Handling various activities related to after-market of automotive parts mainly for chainset, suspension, brake pads etc.
- Conducting day to day market analysis for new avenues and enhancement for an existing base for business development for customers
- Business Excellence: Directing the conceptualization & implementation of competitive business strategies; developing as well as expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets
- Leadership: Overcoming complex business challenges and taking high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics & irreproachable integrity
- Strategic Planning: Steering diverse responsibilities, including strategy planning & execution, new initiatives
- Sales: Maximizing the sales opportunities, proactively creating new opportunities, developing & managing relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
- Business Expansion/ Set-up: Collaborating with Project Team for layout plan, vendor management & renovation
