Urgent Opening for Manager/ Senior Manager -Foundry – Quality - Near Vadodara ( Gujarat ), A Leading Foundry in Auto Components Mfg.
Role-
Responsible for developing a quality system for an advanced DISAMATIC foundry to meet day-to-day requirements of the customers and to ensure activities run to program, budget, and meet the company’s requirements & target.
Responsibilities-
* Coordinate and control the daily operation of foundry personnel so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment.
*To handle Quality Issues i.e. identifying Non conformities, analyzing the data, carrying out Root Cause analysis, CAPA
* To perform Product and Process audit independently
* To handle customer complaints-Tracking, Records and closure

* To evaluate method of inspection, use of instrument according to engineering drawing
* To prepare PDI Report, Upload the same on Customer’s Portal, Layout Inspection, Updating documents like Control Plan, FMEA
* To manage and direct a team of a skilled and technical people through sound personnel practices such as, regular performance appraisal
* To identify training needs for his/ her team and mentor them
Skill Requirements-
Knowledge of Internal Quality Audit, Product and Process Audit, CAPA, SQC
* Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge about systems (IMS, TS 16949:2009, TPM, 5S, etc)
* Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, OHSAS requirements
* Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
* Good overall awareness of occupational health and safety
* Leadership Skills
Candidate- : B. E/ B. Tech/ M. E/ M. Tech (Metallurgy/Mechanical/NIFT) M. Sc (Chemistry)
Experience: 8 to 15 years experience in Mechanized DISAMATIC foundry (Experience in Casting & Machining will be an added advantage)
