Job Description:
- Overall responsible for Quality Control, Quality Assurance & Quality Management System of Plant.
- Interaction with customers regarding quality issues.
- In-process rejection analysis and corrective action.
- Ensure the Rejection Analysis of Press Shop, Weld Shop, BOP and Customer Return is being going on as par IATF & Customer’s SQM Guidelines.
- Ensure calibration & validation of gauges & other measuring instruments.
- Ensure the layout of all parts is as par schedule and being done as proper guideline.
- Review of Process & Product Audit and Internal Quality Audits as par plan and countermeasure of Audit Findings.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quality issues.
- Review SPC of critical characteristics being done as per plan.
- Customer Complaint analysis and adherence of their countermeasures.
- To monitor the effectiveness of action taken against customer complaint
- Ensure effective corrective action implementation against the NC observed in Process & Product Audit and Internal Quality Audits.
- Ensure Review of Process & Product Audit and Internal Quality Audits in MRM.
- Preparing a presentation for management review meeting (MRM).
- Lead the CFT for Improvement Projects on Tool, Jigs & Fixture with Tool Maintenance, Production & Development Team
- Conducting & leading the Process Audits & System Audits of all customers.
